Lou Baldwin is the President and Owner of Baldwin Properties Inc. , specializing in the leasing, management and sale of commercial and investment real estate throughout the Triad. Baldwin Properties has offices in Winston-Salem and High Point. Lou is a Past-President of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors and was the 2012 President of the North Carolina Association of Realtors. Lou has been very active in the redevelopment of Downtown Winston-Salem, including playin a lead role in the $30 million redevelopment of the Nissen Building into high end apartments and street level restaurants.
